Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through the following process:
Informal resolution: Contact us at info@investriyadh.ai with a written description of your dispute, including the specific Terms provision at issue, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief you are seeking. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days with our position and, if appropriate, a proposed resolution. Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation proceedings shall be conducted in English and shall take place virtually or at a mutually agreed-upon location. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
Binding arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful within sixty (60) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with a single arbitrator selected in accordance with AAA rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
